Dance. Comedy. Music. Poetry. Drama. Or anything uniquely yours. The best acts don't just earn applause — they earn rewards.

Rules of Engagement

a.k.a. the fine print, but fun

• 🎩Keep it classy, corporate-party classy — think "impress," not "roast". Fun and lighthearted is great; vulgar, offensive or disrespectful content is a hard no.
• ⏱️Time is money, and stage time is limited: Dance / Singing / Poetry / Musical Instrument acts — maximum 3 minutes. Drama / Skits / Stand-up Comedy — maximum 15 minutes. Practice with a timer — we will have one too. 😉
• 🌟Too many rockstars, one stage — if we receive more entries than we can fit, performances will be shortlisted at management's discretion, based on the concept shared in your submission. So... make your idea description count!
• 📅Submission deadline matters — late entries may not make the cut (we still love you, just... on time next year).
• 🎬Rehearse, don't wing it — a little practice goes a long way in making sure your 3 (or 15) minutes truly shine.
• 🎈Have fun! At the end of the day this is about celebrating talent, team spirit, and maybe discovering that someone in Accounts has serious dance moves.
• ⚖️Final decision and judgement on the entire program rests with the Organizers.
